At Candid Tech Solutions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
✅ Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Opened software or consumables (e.g., printer toners, cartridges)
Items that have been damaged after delivery due to mishandling or misuse
Products marked as “Clearance” or “Final Sale”
🔄 Exchange & Replacement
If you receive a wrong or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
💰 Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after product inspection.
Refunds are made via the original payment method (e.g., M-Pesa, bank transfer, or card).
Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
